Every project begins with a thorough design review. Our engineering team analyzes part geometry, material selection, and production requirements. For complex or high-cavitation moulds, we perform computer-aided mold flow simulation to predict filling patterns, weld line positions, air traps, and cooling behavior. This significantly reduces trial-and-error during sampling and ensures consistent part quality at scale.
