Engineering Capabilities

Our basket moulds are built with 1 to 4 cavities depending on part size and runner layout, using high-quality P20, 2738 or 718 steel. We can design interchangeable inserts, switchable mesh or solid walls, and ergonomic handles, so one basket mold can serve multiple product sizes with simple changeover.

Lead Time & Service

The standard lead time of a basket mold is 40 to 65 days. T1 samples are usually available within 7 to 10 days. RISEMOULD provides 2D and 3D mold design, DFM feedback and lifetime technical support for every customer.
